The Namibian Standards Institution (NSI) in collaboration with the UK Government’s Trade Forward Southern Africa (TSA) will be hosting workshops to build capacity and technical assistance to enhance the Namibian Cosmetic Industry. This will allow Namibia’s cosmetic products to access the global market system, achieve the gender equality in trade and poverty alleviation across the SACU+M region.
The objective is to provide ISO 22716 Cosmetics – Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)- Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices training to the Cosmetic Industry. The latter will enhance the application of standard which enables products competitiveness in the market.
